If you are a current RPT user and are using FieldLink v6.8 you will need to update the firmware on the unit to get it to connect correctly with tablet. You can always reference the FieldLink version release notes to see what hardware the version supports and what firmware has to be running on the supported hardware.

In order to update your RPT you will need to download the firmware file and then run the executable file while having your RPT connected to your computer or tablet where you have the file saved.
