CrewSight: Turnstile connection issues

What do you do if the turnstile seems to have an unreliable connection after removing the cradle from setup?

Please remember the cradle point is a router and hands out IP addresses. When it was removed the addresses may not have been in the range acceptable for the network they were connected to.

The protocol should be to powercycle the turnstiles after removing the cradlepoint. This will allow them to get new IP addresses from the ethernet, and should resolve the issues.
